bahan 500 gr kentang potong tipis korek api
4 siung bawang putih
1 siung bawang merah
5 buah cabe merah
cabai rawet (sesuai selera)
2 SDM gula pasir
1 SDM garam
1 SDM Air asam jawa
2 lembar daun jeruk
CARA MEMBUATNYA
cuci kentang menimal 3 kali agar kentang bisa kering saat di goreng,tiriskan
goreng kentang sampai ke coklatan.
haluskan bawang dan cabai,tumis hingga harum,masukkan daun jeruk,garam dan gula.
tumis sampai air hilang dan mengeluarkan minyak.
masukkan kentang yang sudah di goreng.
aduk dengan bumbu sampai merata.
