Review of 1441 Pizzeria

definitely one of the best pizzas i have ever eaten, and that says a lot about the place because i have also eaten pizzas in italy. 1442 pizzeria is a chain, located in churchgate, malad and lower parel areas of mumbai. we went to the one in churchgate.

finding a table was super easy. the concept is more like a subway for pizzas. go to the till, and then the dough is converted to the pizza base in front of you. choose from a variety of sauces, we chose italian sauce, variety of cheeses - mozarella, cheddar, buffalo mozarella and many toppings. one thing though, the only meat available is chicken, so the salami and meatballs are all chicken. but you can add all toppings offered on an 11 inch pizza that costs about £8.

now for the taste, the pizza base was absolutely fabulous and all the toppings felt so fresh. its a must visit place if you're feeling like eating pizza in mumbai. even the italians will love it. 5*!
