I plan to write a review in english too, with more details about how the restaurant works (menu, access, etc). I learn that microbiotic was invented in Japan and the creator traveled the world to sell the idea. He even changed his name to be easier to the western press and people accept him. I suspect that São Paulo city with its big japanese immigrants population was one of the few places macrobiotic is still alive. Thanks and good luck again!
