Poverty is one of the main problems of the society. According to research, it is and will always be the root cause of illegal. The label of our economy today doesn't stop the world in acquiring progress. The wants and needs of every individual also increases inspite of the unstable financial capability. As the world demands a convenient living, many are triggered to make an instant money. Because of this, the era of prostitution was born.

An kahirapan ay isa sa mga problema ng isang kumunidad. Ang gusto at kailangan ng isang indibidwal ay tumataas kahit na di natutustusan ng bansa sa aspetong pinansyal. Kaya marami ang nahuhumaling sa madaliang pera. At dahil diyan, dumating ang panahon ng prostitusyon.

Most of the men of today are fan of night life, and bar hopping is their most common commotion. As the sun goes down, when darkness started to cover the city, midnight butterflies that seem to be accustomed in the night went out from their hide outs. At the bars, at the entrance of the motels, at the edge of every dark corner, there are ladies who dressed well standing, waiting for the customers or someone who will pick them up.

Ang mga kalalakihan ngayon ay nahuhumaling sa mga panandaliang aliw sa mga club. Sa tuwing sasapit ang gabi, naglalabasan ang mga babaeng bayaran. Sa mga bar, sa mga entrance ng motel o kahit sa mga sulok sulok lang ng mga lugar na madidilim na nag aantay lamang na pipick-upin ng kung sino lang.

What do you think about legalizing the oldest profession? Does it increase human sex trafficking? Or does it give protection to those flesh-trade workers in terms of money and health? Many women and young girls who are uneducated are deceived by the illegal recruiters who worked as prostitutes, mostly in the big towns and cities. Because of the rapid increase of prostitution throughout the nation many have proposed that it is good to legalize prostitution in order to be secured and safe in each other's health as they do the intimate intercourse. This also keeps the workers from abusive costumers.

Anu sa tingin niyo kung magiging legal ang proatitusyon? Magiging dahilan kaya ito sa pglaki ng mga kaso ng human trafficking? O magbibigay ito ng proteksyon at seguridad para sa mga taong ikinabubuhay ang ganitong trabaho? Maraming babae ang kumakapit s ganitong trabaho. Mga babaeng di naka pag aral at di makakuha ng mabuting trabaho. Kaya marami ang nagpropose na gawing legal ang pag bebenta ng laman.

Legalizing prostitution would mean a lot of consequences and would need criteria that include the assurance in terms of protection, health, and money.

Marami ang pwede maging epekto pag naging legal ang prostitusyon at maaring magbigay ng mga kaukulang proteksyon, kalusugan at pera.

First, the brothels will assure that the prostitutes are in the brothel only so that they will not goto the streets to find prospects. They wanted to ensure that the prostitute will only show up at night, and minors are not allowed to enter into the brothels to satisfy their manly needs.

Una nito ay dapat sa bahay aliwan lamang makikita ang mga prostitute at di sila dapat makita sa mga lugar kung saan ay di nakabubuti sa iilan. Dapat sa gabi lang sila makikita pag nasa trabaho na sila. At dapat, di pwede ang mga minor de edad na mga lalaki sa ganitong kalakaran.

Second, as everyone notices in the society, there are some students who work at night in the club in order to sustain their studies. Also those young girls who are hopeless in finding a good job are forced to worked illegaly for they haven't found an alternative solution. Moreover, they ensure that they wouldn't hire minors working in the brothels. They required only 18 years and above.

Pangalawa, marami ang nakakapansin na pabata ng pabata ang mga babae na nasasangkot sa ganitong trabaho. Mga batang pantustos sa pag aaral at para lang may trabaho. Kaya dahil diyan, dapat yung mga recruiter ay di dapat kumuha ng mga batang babae na minor de edad. Dapat 18 years old pataas.

Lastly, they will provide contraceptives to secure that the prostitute and the costumer would have safe consumate. They will let the workers take pills to avoid pregnancy. Including condoms and having a weekly check up to assure that there will be no STDs existing in their workers and that there will also be an instilling safety in the industry.

At ang panghuli, mabibigyan ng mga contraceptive pills ang mga taong nagtatrabaho dito para sa seguridad ng dalawang taong nagtatalik at para maiwasan rin ng pagkabuntis ng mga prosti. Kasali na dito ang condom para maiwasan rin ang mga sakit na pede makuha.

Does legalizing prostitution can really help those misfortune women? Or would it only make the situation more complicated? Everyone can testify that it can drag women's dignity into shame. Prostitution is a set of slavery. Legalizing it is a huge turn walking back to the past era where slavery was acceptable. Can you dare look at your co-Filipino citizens being under the wrath of slavery? Can you accept the fact that having a well respected and conservative people will suddenly turn as a brothel country making women a material for sex?

Sa tingin niyo, makakatulong ba ang pagiging legal ng prostitusyon sa mga babae? O magiging masama lamang at magiging malala lamang ng kanilang sitwasyon? Ang prostitusyon ay para lamang alalay na inabuso. Maatim mo ba na ang iyong kapwa Pilipino ay tinuturing na walang kwenta kudi bayaran lamang? Na sa isang lugar na maraming reliheyoso, ang tingin nila sa kanila kababaihan ay bagay ng bayaran?

Conclusion./ Kunklusyon.

Since we are focusing about poverty, instead of legalizing prostitution, why not sending the government a suggestion like offering legal and descent jobs suitable for those ladies? In order to set them free from their own dungeon. If prostitution will be legalized in the Philippines, mojority of the men will lose their respect to women. Marriage will lessen its worth. It will surely increase human trafficking since many women will grab this kind of job neglecting the decrease of their dignity and purity.

Dahil nakapukos tayo sa kahirapan, sa halip na gawing legal ang prostitution sa bansa, bakit di nalang magbigay ang gobyerno ng magagandang trabaho para sa mga kababaehan na di sapat ang kakayahan. Kapag naging legal ang prostitusyon sa Pilipinas, maraming lalaki ang mawawalan ng respeto sa mga kababaihan at ang kasal ay mababalewala. Magiging malala din ang kaso ng human trafficking. At higit sa lahat mawawalan ng dignidad at puri ang mga babae.

Prostitution would never be a so-called profession. It won't give benefits, contentment and convenience in life. This is a form of rape with payment. As a citizen of a religious country with a religious culture, would you cast your vote to legalize the oldest profession? Or would be an advocate of what most people called as morals?

Ang prostitusyon ay hindi kailan man matatawag na trabaho. Di ito makakabigay ng magandang benipisyo, contentment at convenience sa buhy. Ito ay isang uri ng karahasan sa tao na binabayaran. Bilang Pilipino, anu ang pipiliin mo? Moralidad o trabaho?

PS: I do not intend to make aggressive or mean conclusions against countries that are legalizing prostitution nor condemning those people who are into this kind of job. You have my respect. We all have opinions and we have different principles in life.
