Injustice at the family court

What has got to be the saddest family law cases was one where a mother left her kids. The oldest was two and the young one only a few months old. For years, the girl's father dotted on them and raised them as a single dad, giving them the best of what he could . Nine years later, the woman came back and filed for custody of her kids . Because of a law that indicated that children under the age of 18 are to be left with their mother in a custody case, the father lost his kids to the mum. The court aids had to drag the kids kicking and screaming to hand them over to their mum since they wanted their dad not mum. A simple law changed the lives of 3 innocent people who it should have protected instead.
