Interpreter does not help

Upon closer investigation of the policies: https://naccc.org.uk/standards realised that even using an interpreter service will not help having undisturbed contact with the children.

"The interpreter should translate as the conversation is taking place so if needs be the supervisor can stop an inappropriate conversation.“
“Staff need to halt the interview/meeting at frequent enough intervals for the Interpreting to take place and allow time for the interpreter to feedback the responses of the service user”

Toys policy

A notice will be displayed in each waiting area advising parents to report any dirty
toys to a member of staff.
