Following TSX: HIVE

The IP lawsuit between Hive Blockchain Technologies and Hive Blockchain will be one of the most interesting aspect of the Hive hard fork.

The first question I had on the topic was Can You Sue a Blockchain? This is actually a really good question. The Blockchain currently exists in an "extra-legal" space. The blockchain can get away with things that would put run-of-the-mill stock brokers in jail.

As this will be one of the most interesting IP Lawsuits (Intellectual Property) of the decade, I think that folks in the Steem/Hive matrix should follow it closely.

I suspect that the easiest way to follow the lawsuit will be to add the ticker HIVE in your stock watch list. Since the stock is on the Toronto Venture Exchange it is listed on some systems HIVE.V .

Seriously, for anyone who cares about the STEEM/HIVE universe. This is a story to follow; So, I wrote a second post suggesting that people should add TSX: HIVE to their stock watch list.

Hive Blockchain Technologies (TSX: HIVE) held an IPO in Sept 2017. Holding an IPO is a really big deal in the legal and financial communities. It involves extensive trademark searches and public scrutiny.

This will be a fascinating case. Following TSX: HIVE is almost as interesting as following the crypto currency HIVE.

The thing that disturbs me is that the people on hive.blog are down voting all those who speak about it. The unwillingness to address or discuss an interesting topic is an example of group censorship at its worst.

I decided to cross post on SteemIt to see how many down votes I get on this platform.

I applaud the Steemians who took a stand against abuses by Justin Sun. The unwillingness to discuss a naming mistake in the Hard Fork shows a serious fault in blockchain based forums.
