Lee Sun-hee is a senior South Korean singer who debuted in 1984. Lee Seung-gi has spoken publicly about his admiration for Lee Sun-hee and has cited her as one of his musical influences. In 2004, Lee Seung-gi appeared on Lee Sun-hee's concert tour as a special guest, performing a duet with her. The two have remained close, with Lee Sun-hee even acting as a mentor to Lee Seung-gi.

Lee Seo-jin is also a South Korean actor and host. Lee Seung-gi and Lee Seo-jin became close friends while working together on the variety show "2 Days & 1 Night" in 2008. Their friendship has continued to grow outside of the show, and they have even appeared in several commercials together.
