Ledger Nano S - Best Buy

Usually ebay or amazon are the go to places to find cheapest products but that's not the case when it comes to Ledger Nano S with prices ranging from $125 AUD to $285 AUD which is a very nice profit for sellers considering you can buy it for much cheaper than that from official ledger wallets retailers.

Ledger Nano S is a Bitcoin, Ethereum and Altcoins hardware wallet that connects to any computer (USB) and embeds a secure OLED display to double-check and confirm each transaction with a single tap on its side buttons. (Also stores ripple, zcash, dash, dogecoin, litecoin, Stratis, REP, GNT, 1ST, SNGLS.)

I spent some time researching the best place to buy Ledger Nano S from and looked at retailers from US, Australia, Japan, France, Germany etc. and came to the conclusion that it is cheapest to order it from US.

As currently it is hard to find Ledger Nano S in stock at most retailers I placed my order with https://allthingsdecentral.com/ and it was put on backorder till September 2017. The only ones that you can buy now and have them in stock are those ebay and amazon sellers that charge $200+ AUD. Now back to https://allthingsdecentral.com/, I ended up paying $91 AUD (approx. $72 USD) and that is including shipping to Australia. To provide some assurance to myself if something goes wrong with the backorder, I paid for the order with PayPal which I would recommend to anyone ordering something that cannot be shipped straightaway as I have been burnt before.

For anyone looking to buy one, make sure you google the site you are buying from and read the reviews as well as look for coupon/promo codes as most of them will give you a small discount. In the instance of my order I used the code 10%-off-now which as the code says gave me a 10% discount.

I am looking forward to getting my Nano S and hopefully in the near future it being able to also store IOTA.
