Coolblue sells secondhand Ledger? Are they so stupid?

Was just looking for a hardware wallet like ledger nano.
Came accross Belgiums biggest online store Coolblue.
They resell a Ledger Nano which has been returned? Seriously?
I hope anyone with Brains will not buy this I don't understand Coolblue just puts this for sale.
What is your thought about it? Such ignorance by Coolblue...
53 euro's instead of 59 wow what a deal :-(
