Lebron and the Cavs win Game 7 against the Pacers!

It's do or die for the Pacers and the Cavs. Game 7 = Win or Go Home! The Cavs had the home advantage and it help them in defeating the young/talented Indiana Pacers. Lebron scores 45 points as the Cavs defeat the Pacers in Game 7 of the NBA Playoffs. The Pacers played well and are looking to be a threat in the coming years. Victor Oladipo scored a team high 30 points and Darren Collison scored a solid 23 points in the loss. The Cavs advance to the 2nd round of the NBA playoffs. (Click the photo above for highlights)
