Peacocks ... that go squawk in the night!

i am so encouraged by my foray into steemit and all the positivity I have received, so i decided to share the journey of the newest creation ... this is going to be an opulent, colourful, twinkly affair ... i mean it's peacocks!!! I was gifted this buttery soft piece of butt veg leather, kinda an exchange of energies between two artists ... get what i mean? i had a pair of stools, the kind you sit on. one is for the cordwainer (shoemaker), which is low and sloped downwards in front, and the other for the customer who then places his paw on the slope for the fitting the begin. so brian got the stools for his splendid shoppe and i got a very nice piece of ass lol! herewith i present the beginnings ...

i told you it was gonna be opulent and oh the colours one can play with, 'tis exhilerating i tell you. then some feathers 'cause they are just so stunning and now there are two pieces to see ...

i do all the tooling on wet leather with an engraver, free-hand, i have real peacock feathers to draw from and a large posse of them live across the river from my home, and boy do they kick up a racket!!
