Time to Learn some Skills – a suggestion to jobless educated people
50 years ago we had more craftsmen or skilled labor and less educated people and more available jobs for educated people.
After 50 years in current situation and at present times of country we have more educated people with less jobs available and low numbers of craftsmen and skilled labor.
In present times a Thekedar, Mason, Plumber, Electrician, Lohar and even a painter is making much money than educated person in jobs who makes around 20-30 thousand a month.
Every day we meet and see a lot of people around us from our family and friends circle who have degree and worried about the availability of job. They are educated people are don’t know what to do, where to find job? After few months and 2-3 years of times job hunting these people become depress and become useless to family and society as for them the life has come to an end.
The reality should be realized by people who are educated and seek jobs or ideas for business, that along with education they need training in certain field or attain skills to become a craftsman or skilled person certification.
Please understand this reality you need to learn Skills and use your education as edge and be a successful person both financial and by providing quality workmanship.
You have to follow steps of people who 50-60 years ago learnt to read and write to improve their chance of success with the Skill/ Hunar they had.
Developed and developing countries have found this a long time ago and they develop skilled based education system after 10-12 years of education. In Eastern Europe it is must to learn almost all the skills that are required in fixing or making a home. If the person is interested they can learn professional courses.
If we look at China, India, Indonesia their crafts and their workers in foreign countries we see they are more skilled and more educated and more humble and obedient.
Our people have to realize that its global world and everyone want high quality product and cheaper prices or more skilled labor with extra abilities.
China has learned this earlier 25 years ago and has the best educated skilled labor and making lots of money. Their trend followed by India and produce educated Skilled labor and we see their population in all sectors in Middle East.
Philippines focused on Sales and Nursing and Nanny Sector. In Middle East most sales staff and Nanny are Philippine Nationals and in US and EU most nurses of both gender comes from Philippine.
Please realize what you have and what talent you should learn, I am sure you will excel in life.

If you are good educated Plumber you will Insha’Allah opens your own company of plumbing solution and take contracts of repair and new projects.
