Formal vs Informal teaching
Conventional vs Creative teaching
The subject of education and the way it should be done, have become very controversial these days. People are divided into supporters of the more traditional formal education and opponents that support the more modern style like home schooling and self teaching.
On the one hand, there are a lot of people who fall in favor of formal education and they do so for a couple of different reasons. For one they believe that schools builds a foundation for students which not only teach them the fundamental subject but also train them on some very crucial skills and routines like waking up early or team work. Moreover, it is thought that conventional method provide students with a high-quality teaching experience because of the use of a professional teacher staff.
On the other hand, many people are counterparts that strongly believe in the newer more hip-like methods, one of the reasons they do so is the fact that private teaching allows for a more personalized learning experience for students, this happens because teachers focus is mostly spread on many students in ordinary classrooms. Another point in the favor of this argument is that in traditional Schools students are expected to follow the school's code causing the suppression of the students’ creativity most of the times.
To sum up, and after careful inspection of both arguments, I came to the conclusion that the more systematic form of teaching is the more effective and will therefore guarantee us a more successful Society.
