Why we need Good Teachers And we should be wiling to pay for them

Let's start with "The hidden curriculum". It is the rules and values that students pick up through reading nonverbal social cues or insinuations of those around them, specially influencers like- Teachers, Parents, Movie Stars, etc. Things like, “It's OK to curse but make sure that there are no adults around.” Or "Smoking cigarettes is macho." You and me and everyone on this planet has made some assumptions for himself because- "MAN IS A SOCIAL ANIMAL"

The critical age when children learn to think for themselves is the time they are in school. Parents have little say or even knowledge of what their children are involved in due one more set of "Assumed Social Rules"- DO NOT INTRUDE. This makes the teachers virtually the only persons who can steer the minds of the children- OUR CHILDREN- in a healthier (This is one of the words hated by the kids. Never ever use it- and if it is about food, you have already lost!!) direction.

Now lets see how much teachers get paid And don't you worry that the data is old- THINGS ARE WORSE NOW:

Hey!! I am not a USA or Trump basher; this bad but America is nowhere the worst- Still Very Weird if I am paying the cable guy as much as a degree holding experienced teacher in-charge of my lovely innocent asthmatic daughter.

SO WHERE DO WE GO??

We need better teachers and nothing- No Software, No App, No Robot Doggy can come near to a teacher holding your hand and helping you draw your first A.

This is NEED for better instructors just gets more and more serious when we see many of the young suffer from lack of social skills which makes them extremely unhappy.

BOTTOM LINE WE DESPERATELY NEED GOOD TEACHERS- So visit the school and meet them and if you feel they are good- help them out and if not help the school get better.
