The next seven chord we’ll learn is the G7 chord.

Notice that the only difference between the G major and G7 is that the note on the first string is one step down. However, the finger positions are quite different.

Practice placing your fingers in the G7 position. After you are comfortable with the G7 finger position, practice changing between the G major and G7 chords. This will give your fingers a goood stretch and is great practice for the left hand.
