Puzzle blocks.....Designing toy for kids aged 3 and above

This was a project given to us with a specific client . Our client was a lady who takes classes and teaches the kids things more easily and before the school syllabus .So she wanted us to design a toy which helps the kids to learn about the categories of animals easily. So to start our journey of creating a toy we had to first understand the different needs of different kids ,we visited many neighbouring homes to see with what kind of toys kids play and what all kind of things do they like also took feed backs from parents that what are there requirements and what do they feel.After my survey and all my research I had decided to make puzzle blocks but they would be with sponge and fabric and the details on it will be with the embroidery so that it could be useful afterwards also as any other product.
