Among those working in the high-tech industry, Dr. Zaghloul is regarded as a visionary leader. Dr. Zaghloul cofounded Wi-LAN Inc. in 1992, and under his leadership, the technology he co-invented with Dr. Michel Fattouche became the foundation of many wireless communications standards, including WiFi, 3G, WiMAX, LTE, and 5G. Dr. Zaghloul is a professor of electrical engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. On the Toronto Stock Exchange in 2000, his two companies, Wi-LAN, and Cell-Loc were among the best-performing stocks on the TSX. The first and only person to be inducted into the Wireless Broadband Hall of Fame. In addition to a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Cairo University, Dr. Zaghloul holds a master's degree and a doctorate in Physics from the University of Calgary in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

As a finance professional with more than 12 years of international experience in real estate, property development, and equity management, I am well-versed in the industry. Mr. Hebashi launched his company in Egypt in 2008, specializing in the provision of airport supply services to the Egyptian military. The year 2011 saw the establishment of a corporation in Saudi Arabia that specialized in corporate social responsibility programs and initiatives. Since 2013, he has been the founder and CEO of a new company called Social Entrepreneur, a consultancy that promotes the idea of benefitting society while doing commercial activities.

Mr Hebashi has developed a business in Malaysia that specializes in consulting and investment, with a particular emphasis on real estate development. In addition to his real estate firm, Mr. Hebashi serves on the board of directors of the Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Georgia, is the founder and CEO of Tiflis Arabic Media TV, and is the creator of the Georgia Arab African Firm Union, among other positions (GAABU). Egypt's Ain Shams University awarded him a Master of Business Administration degree, and he also possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree from Al-Azhar University, also located in Cairo.

Mr. Johan Franck is an entrepreneur in the domains of software development and multimedia production. My studies in the United States and Sweden included market research and economics, both of which he found to be quite interesting. Working with large organizations such as NBC, CBS, and NCR, as well as financial institutions such as SEB and Nordea, has given me the opportunity to broaden my experience. My extensive international experience includes a variety of marketing jobs throughout Europe, the United States, and Eastern Europe during the previous 30 years, including management positions in the United Kingdom and the United States. Both English and Spanish are second languages for me. It has been my pleasure to hold senior positions in a number of venture capital-backed firms that have gone on to generate profits after being sold. Working and investing in a telecom infrastructure company since 2010, which plans to go public in 2020 through an initial public offering (IPO), has been a rewarding experience (IPO).

Abdulrhman possesses a rare combination of abilities that enable him to deal with every problem that comes his way, even those that appear to be insurmountable. He is also a gifted communicator. His professional experience has provided him with a substantial understanding in the areas of information systems, software, directing organizational operations in high-tech sectors, management, and strategic planning. In addition to software development, Mr. Abdulrhman has a demonstrated track record of success in the areas of business analysis, quality assurance, and product management. Mr. Abdulrhman holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from the University of Missouri. The establishment of a number of government programs in nations such as the United Arab Emirates and Egypt was a part of Abdulrhman's professional experience. All of these areas, as well as product management, risk management, customer expectations, analytical thinking, and problem-solving, are areas in which I have a great deal of experience.
