Leadership as service
This image reflects one of the most important facets of the work of a leader in a team: to create conditions conducive for the members to develop their potential and the team to shine. The leader, like the players with the brushes, opens the way, clears the obstacles, puts himself at the service of others to help them reach the goal. The leader is given privileges so he can do his job, but the sign of leadership is service, not privilege. The leader is at the service of his followers.
