I totally agree with this @juvyabian. A leader is someone willing to serve others rather than to be served. Has the desire to take others to the top with him by empowering and pushing those that are below him to reach the same status as his. A leader doesn't demand, but rather shows and teaches other people how the job is done This is what the school and educators should do and should incorporate with our present education curriculum here in the Philippines. Students should be empowered rather than forced to do the norms. Each student is unique and you can't force one to excel in something that is not his/her forte, so instead of forcing them to do good academically, why not focus on their abilities and hone and empower them based on their forte.
