Approaching the problem from a logical, but mainly emotional, standpoint is beneficial. This stage identifies the obstacles (beliefs, objections, etc.) that stand in the way of achieving the goal.

CHOICES (O)

This is a crucial stage. It's critical to think about all possibilities, including the most unlikely ones. It's understanding how to break out from traditional answers, being innovative, and inventing. Considering everything also allows us to logically reject those ineffective solutions that plague us (for example, the miracle drug that will help you lose weight).
Make a list of all the steps you may do to achieve your objective.
What option would you select if you had a magic wand to accomplish your goal?

What would you do differently if you had the chance to start over?
This phase allows you to consider fresh ways to reach your goal; what has yet to be done that might substantially contribute to the attainment of the goal. It will assist you in supporting the adoption of new habits, the enhancement of a process, and the alteration of the time frame. Without criticizing or restricting yourself, brainstorm all of the thoughts that come to mind.
This is the time to fantasize.

IS GOING TO (W)

Commitment and activities are the focus of the last phase. It is at this point that you must determine what you will do.
What is the first step or action you should take?
What plan do you have in place to hold yourself accountable for taking that initial step?
How will you know when the first step has been completed?
The decisions taken among the many choices will require a strong commitment to action that can result in change. This action might be nothing, a change in how something is done, or a means to cease doing something. The most essential thing is to ensure that the commitment to action is consistent.

Return to the choice phase after completing a cycle and check whether you can perform another action; if so, repeat the process until you attain your objective. The GROW concept is flexible and easy, as you can see. It's an excellent tool for a leader who wants to plan for success.
