This words from Khalil Gibran can mean different things to people, it depends on our level of understanding but I see as words meant as an advice, courage and motivation for leaders, teachers, counselors, pastors.
Because a leader is a servant, A leader serves others and not dominate.
A leader cares rather than controls.
