Thanks @chrisrice for this application, it is really time to choose a Steem Leader or in some post of @steemalliance they have something a "steem ambassador". and the Philippines is ready. Filipino steemians, most of them who endure this bear market are ready to have a leader to spearhead the promotion of Steem blockchain, as a technology for content creation, curating, gaming, ubi, entrepreneurial activity or philanthropic works.

Studying blockchain is a breeze in this community since, many steemians are already into blogging all about blockchains.
