The Leader....!!!!

The leader is known as a person who leads and command a group. A leader is within you, you can lead a group if you have got enough qualities in you. To be a leader you have to know about the leadership and you have to look them as well as your work. You have to help them. To be a leader is not easy, It is difficult. You have to be sincere in your work and you have to do all the things smartly. You must have positive attitude inside you then only you will be known as a good leader.

You must have communication with your group. You have to handle each and every work as well as you have to manage all the things properly. If someone does any bad work in your group, you will get punishment. So, you have to give good training to them. You have to make strict rules and regulation which will lead them toward their destiny.

Hence, To become a leader is difficult. You have to manage all things for the group at any time. A leader has got many responsibilities in life and also leader has to perform his/her duty properly.
