Who Is A True Leader?

I have been pondering over the above question for the past few months after reading about great leaders in the world.
I have noticed "True leaders will never be forgotten and their names will always remain in their followers heart".Now let's get down to business 😊

How do you define a leader?

There are various ways to define a leader. Leader can be sometimes defined based on your position or level of hierarchy when compared to other people's status or position. Other sources defined a leader "has someone in authority". Most people take the former definition to be an accurate definition of a leader which literally means "Someone in Authority."
Do you think leadership is just all about commanding? Do you think leadership is just all about leading others with your status or power or potentials? What is leadership all about and who is a true leader?
This has made me adopted a great definition of a true leader made by Ralph Nader. I call this the real definition of a True Leader.

I found this definition very resourceful and acceptable has it's explains the concept of making impact in people's lives.

True leaders make other people successful by helping and supporting them. You are never too young and too old to be be leader, but the question is what type of leader do you wana be?Are you ready to make others successful or do you enjoy seeing people fail? Are you ready to give hope to others or make them hopeless? Are you willing to give strength to the weak once?
Take your time and ponder over the previous questions.

Applying True Leadership On Steemit

Steemit has been a great platform of making money for every member of it's community. Some newbies and minnows do find Steemit very difficult to attain success due to the lack of understanding about how Steemit works.
The most painful part is the posting of high quality and quantity content with the sole purpose of earning great rewards and gain more followers, but it seems to be in vain. This has made lot of newbies and Minnows quit Steemit by loosing hope due to their very low payout after their strenuous effort unlike others who will just post pictures or words of three lines making them gain rewards abundantly. A true leader will find a way of supporting the minnows and newbies by giving them hope for success on this great platform. There are lots of Discod Channel created by some Steemit true leaders just to support other minnows by reviewing their posts and helping them. There are also some true leaders who resteem or repost others post with the sole intention of supporting.
Sometimes I get discouraged after typing long text with my faulty phone because I don't have a computer causing a very low output in my effort. I do believe and I have hope that I will surely be amongst steemit successors if I don't give up. I just have to keep trying and keep hoping for the best. I wish every newbies and minnows would have this same mindset before quitting. Let's give hope to everyone on Steemit by helping those who think they can't succeed, let's motivate those who feel like giving up and let make impact in peoples lives because true leaders will never be forgotten by their great actions.
