Good leader is play a important role in their fields. We will not become a good leader in a night. It depends on hard work, discipline, responsibility, honesty, time management and commitment . If we follow these tips. we will become good leaders. Good leaders are not born, it have to won .

1. Hardworking : A good leader has a quality who always work hard. We know that we will not achieve anything without working hard. So , we have to mental work hard any situation. We will appreciate another team members or employees for working hard.

2. Discipline : If we want to become a good leader, we must obey the discipline. If we don't obey the discipline, we never become good leaders. We have to become punctual our jobs.

3. Be clear about our rules and expectations : When we are the CEO of a company or the manager of a team, we must clear our rules and expectations to employees or team members. We we do a project, we will set up his or her goals. Every day, we will follow up his or her goals. We will want to know his or her feedback.

4. Think positive : A good leader always think positively. If any employee do not achieve his or her goals, we will appreciate them. Next time, you must achieve your goals. We have to build a good relationship with them. They keep their motivation. For this reason, we will provide snacks, coffee, dinner or lunch and relationship advice.

5. Reward employees for achieving : When employee achieves any goals, we will give reward for their success. When they will happy and effort to achieve next targets.
   For achieving their goals, we will achieve advice them. How to achieve their targets?

6. creativity : Some decisions are not always perfect. Sometimes, employees face many critical situation. That time, we will give them quick decision. we will bring out this situation.We have to smart to take decision. That time, employees will depend on us..
