Becoming a Leader

Steps needed to be taken to become a good leader

  • You have to first define what arouses your passion
    -after defining what arouses your passion, identify a problem that drives your passion
    -then identify what skill you have to solve the problem
    then you build on the skill you have... to solve the problem
