New LBRY Client Shows Progress; still comes up short on usability
Wow, after a month or so of basically a non-functional client, LBRY has finally updated its system and a new release just a few days or so.
The client does almost everything it's supposed to do, which is a huge improvement from where it had been before: hung up at the login screen unable to move forward. There's a small selection of books and movies currently but I think that marketplace will grow now that it's reasonably accessible.
But I must make note that it still feels clumsy, and slow, and sparse. I think LBRY is going places, and this was a big update -- just saying: it's client-side product is still far from complete, but it's quite usable.!
