6 steps on how to be “not lazy” this winter

I’m really excited this winter. Its the season of snow, hot spring and nabe with friends and family. Winter is fun but winter is also the season of cold, dark and snooze button. No one get up of off bed! (dont get me wrong i like being lazy too) But you can’t do that all over winter! Life is too much amazing and lets not waste it scrolling instagram inside our purry warm blankets.
So this is my 6 steps on how to be “Not lazy” on winter!

  1. Set an alarm
    Pick a time to wake up and stick to it. Don’t put it beside you or else you’ll end snoozing up
  2. Coffee, coffee and coffee
    Nough said…
  3. Excercise
    Get some blood flowing and do some jumping jacks, push ups or dancing. just keep that body moving for 5 to 10 mins
  4. Take a shower
    After sweating and dancing you definitely need a shower. (Take it to the next level and do some cold showers,optional)
  5. Dress up
    Wear something casual, put some cologne on, wear your favorite bracelet, its up to you
  6. Go outside
    Have a walk at the park, meet some friend’s and family’s. I believe that amazing things happen everyday (always does )
