Bitconnect Cease and Desist Order From Texas
Not too long after the Cease and Desist order that was put on USI-Tech, now we have one coming out of Texas that is directed at Bitconnect. Essentially stating that they should stop promoting their service to and servicing customers in Texas.
This isn't all that surprising considering most of these Cryptocurrency investments are not regulated or registered with governing bodies within the United States. States that have laws requiring this should be expected to take action when they see it's necessary.
