There are many people who are not gifted in both Driving Ability and Common Sense and it appears that a Disproportionate number of them ended up in South Africa!
There is a sign in the Disabled Parking Section outside Pick n Pay in Wilro Park. It Reads:-
Stupidity is not a Handicap!
I have told their management that this is not strictly True, however I can understand how many more yellow lined Parking Bays they would require if it was allowed!
So in case you think you have Flagrant disregard for Road Rules in your Country?

This bad Traffic Light Example is now pretty much General.
If You Stop where you are supposed to, there is a Good Chance you will be rear-ended by a shocked , fellow Road User.

Funny! The drivers are as crazy as hell disobeying traffic lights.
They are not as mad as Nigerian drivers. Trust me.

It's very unfortunate that such irresponsibility are allowed to take pace in our society.
I feel for you, but we too in Nigeria are suffering the same fate. If not fact I think ours is much worse.
