WITHHOLD YOUR TAX UNDER LAWFUL REBELLION! IT WORKS
I have stumbled across a very interesting perception or maybe even deception. It all depends who you trust and in my opinion the ability to, stubbornly, keep hold of the facts.
The whole subject is vast and historical so I will try to keep this as short as possible.
The Magna Carta 1215.
This is an agreement signed by king John and the people. King john was obliged to sign due to his tyrannical reign. In short the people rose up and created our constitution. An agreement between the crown and the citizens to protect the citizens from further tyranny. The signing of the Magna Carta was overseen by 25 Barron's who represented the people of England. This Documents pre-dates Parliament and is protected from future government who can add but not take away. It would be treasonous to try to change or defy the Magna Carta.
Article61.
This is a section of the Magna Carta that acts as a "safety net" for the citizens. It gives them the Lawful right to rebel against the crown or government. Article 61 has to be triggered by the Barons, who still exist today. The Barons again represent the people. On 24 March 2001 Article 61 has been triggered in Parliament and their is documentation to prove this. The Queen was sent a request from the Baron's to veto the Lisbon treaty. This was signed by Tony Blair and gave away power to police ourselves. This was Treason.
Common Law.
In short, do not steal, do not deceive, do not cause harm to people or property.
That's it simple as. Common law is used in England today along side Civil law.
Lawful Rebellion/LR
I'm a working Class person and I am allowed to enter into lawful rebellion as a result of Article61 being triggered. If I do I am obliged to hinder the treasonous regime by seizing assets and or withholding taxes. All done in protest to the way your government acts in your name. So long as you do this while adhering to Common Law,not Commercial Law or the Law of Admiralty, you are legally protected. If this is the case today, it means everybody who hasn't entered into LR is in fact an outlaw.
Withholding Taxes.
Now this is where it gets interesting and in my opinion could be a game changer.
Under LR I can withold my taxes that are unlawfully claimed by the crown. Now we all know that if you ignore your tax returns it can get messy and you would end up in jail. But people are refusing to pay their taxes and they are winning. Some are even receiving money back from HMRC!!!!! All because they follow the relatively simple process of LAWFUL rebellion. So whenever you receive a letter or a summons from anyone that may be involved in the process of retrieving taxes from you you simply send them a question. Prove beyond doubt that the Magna Carta is not lawful and prove that Article61 has not been triggered. Both of these events are well documented and are impossible to disprove. For the government, or anyone acting on their behalf, to then carry on demanding taxes from you would then be commiting Treason which is as serious as it gets. From my own research I am happy to say this process seems to work and if your willing to put up with scare tactics then you will be safe to hopefully earn a proper wage and contribute to your society in your own way all while helping to get rid of the treason and corruption that is a daily occurrence in our political system.
Now I apologize for the hastiness of this post but didn't want to waste time if there is no interest in the subject on "steemit". You may like to see how a group in Glastonbury took over a town hall using the lawful right of Article61 and where left alone by the police to carry out this protest. I am seriously considering entering into LR so would like to hear what people think about the validity of this process.

I'm in the U.S. and wouldn't mind a bit of Lawful Rebellion. This is very interesting and I'm guessing certainly not something a lot of people are aware of! I would much like to hear more about it.
As always, more people than you would think know of this form of protest. I'm looking into it at the moment. If I decide to enter into LR, I am required to sign an oath under witness. I can send this oath to one of the present day barons to validate it further but just signing an oath is enough to start the process. There is a group simply named Lawful rebellion who use social media to help you though the process 100% of the way. They have also took to the task of gathering all the legal proof of the fact that Article61 of the magna Carta is valid today and show you when and how to present it to the so called authority. The beauty of it is that they have prove something, that is documented, did not happen and they can not. So apart from scary letters they dare not put their head on the block and commit treason by enforcing their unlawful taxes upon you. You are only withholding taxes until this evidence is supplied. You are not refusing to pay. When they return our sovereignty and return all the public services that have been illegally sold off, veto the Lisbon treaty, we will then cease to live under lawful rebellion.
The magna Carta is part of our constitution and predates Parliament and protects itself from being diluted or repealed in any way.
