Black Lives Matter in America is sadly needed.
50 years later (civil right movement) and we still gotta fight for our equality......nothing changes.
White people love when Black people act nice towards racists. You will never fail to see it on the news the next morning when a Black person does something unprecedentedly kind in the face of racism. Black officer saves white supremacist from heat stroke - amazing! Little Black kid gives police officer a hug during protest - incredible! Families of Charleston victims forgive the shooter - heroes!
But you will fail to see actual critiques of racism, because that’s when things get real. It’s a strong reminder that the beast of racism will not go away just because Black people smile at it. Acts of Black kindness towards white racists will always be highlighted ten times more than the routine oppression Black people face, because it deflects accountability for white people.
Using Black on Black crime as an excuse to Justify whats happening to black in America only further proves that Black lives never really mattered in the first place.
Secondly blacks have been being killed in America without any justice since we were brought over here from Africa it's just now getting mainstream attention.
When you kill one of us you are killing off future doctors, lawyers, teachers, fathers, etc.
Besides if you kill all of us, where will you get your ideas from?

Absolutely. I get so crazy when I hear people speak against BLM. I even had a conversation with my wife a few nights ago about how people make comments like, "Well you know, those black kids are so much trouble because they grow up without fathers." We were both saying, "They're growing up without fathers because we're killing 'em!" The system has perpetuated the crap for far too long.
I know that's right. It's time for a change !
