EU parliament calls for Privacy Shield to be pulled until US complies

The EU Parliament's opinion that data transfers between the EU and the US do done provide the equivalent data protection for EU citizens that the GDPR provides, and therefore should be suspended until the US can guarantee adequate privacy protections for EU data in the US.
