Yes I feel that death penalty should be abolished in every country. Ending a life in any means is a crime according to me. I will not agree to the fact that they need death penalty because they committed some crime. Nature created us and our father mother helped in creating us. When I believe that even our father and mother have no authority to kill their child, I will not agree the fact that the government or any crime governing body should be given that right to end someone's life.

Karma theory

I strongly believe in the Karma theory. Karma theory is nothing but the cause and effect theory. In a way science also provides lots of explanation to this theory. I'm fortunate to let lots of information about this theory from my culture. That makes me believe in Karma theory. When we do good or bad, we will definitely have the consequences. Either it will happen immediately or in a long run. There is no doubt about it. If we are doing a crime, the punishment for that crime will automatically reach us. I strongly believe that nature is designed in that way. If we are becoming judgemental on someone else's crime then it means that we are interfering in someone else's karma. We are not here to interfere in someone else's karma. The nature decided that we will be born to this father and mother and we will be involved in doing these kind of activities. When nature can decide all those things, I feel that the effect of the good karma and bad karma that we do will definitely reach us.

I'm a believer of multiple births. I believe that we are going to be here just for this birth alone. Our birth death journey will continue as long as we become a realized soul. In that case, if a death penalty is provided to someone who commited a crime, they are going to definitely continue that even in their next birth. This is definitely not going to end with this birth alone.

Punishment should be hardened

According to me any crime that is done by someone should be punished by the appropriate authority. We can increase the complexity of the punishment instead of giving a death penalty. I have heard how a rapist tortures a women during a forced intercourse and kills the women. If the court is going to give a death penalty for that crime, then it is completely nothing. They don't realize any part of the pain that the women would have undergone because of the torture this man made. Considering this situation, I would say that the punishments should be made severe such that anyone else in the country don't feel like doing the crime.

If punishment is not severe and it is just going to be death penalty, there are some mad people who don't really care. I have seen a movie scene where a villan says to the heroine that he is gifted to rape her. The heroin will defend saying that the villan will be killed by the hero if he commit such crime. For that the villan will be replying saying that he will be more than happy to die after he has fully enjoyed the heroine. I see many such villan mentality people in real life as well. They don't understand the value of life and they don't care about the consequences of the crime that they are creating. If death is going to be the penalty for that, it is of no use because the pain they experience during death is going to be just for few seconds. But the affected individual and their family and loved ones will suffer the pain throughout the lifetime.
