ایک بادشاہ تھا اس نے اعلان کیا کہ جو ہمارے ہاتھی کو رُلادے اس کو ہم بهت انعام دیں گے، بڑے بڑے مصیبت زدہ آئےاور ہاتھی کے کان میں اپنی اپنی مصیبتیں سنائی مگر ہاتھی بالکل نہیں رویا، ایک مولوی صاحب آئے اور ہاتھی کے پاس جاکر نہ جانے اس کے کان میں کیا کہا کہ جیسے ہی مولوی صاحب کی بات سنی تو ہاتھی زارو قطار رونےلگا، لوگوں کو تعجب ہوا کہ آخر مولوی نے ایسا کیا کہہ دیا کہ ہاتھی رونے لگا، مولوی صاحب سے لوگوں نے کہا کہ آخر آپ نے اسکو کہا کیا کہ وه رونے لگا؟؟ مولوی صاحب نے کہا کہ میں نے صرف اسے اپنی تنخواہ بتائی کہ اتنی ہے !! مولوی کی تنخواہ سن کر ہاتهی درد سے چیخ اُٹها،
مگر ہمارے ٹرسٹی اور متولی کو کوئی درد نہیں.۔۔۔۔
