Keep Your Gundam Knowledge Strong with Your Own Talking Haro

 

If you're feeling like Sunrise has been offering a deluge of Gundam-themed desk accessories, you wouldn't be wrong. And they're not done: the latest addition to the line is your very own Haro. No kidding.

 

Dubbed "Guncierge Haro" (short for "Gundam Concierge"), the happy little robot can take on a variety of poses and lights up thanks to LED lights. But Haro's main feature is the ability to converse with its owner -- mostly about Gundam, of course.

 

 

Featuring current Haro voice actress Arisa Ogasawara, the Guncierge can chat with you about the shows, quiz you, and offer interesting trivia tidbits. And like its anime counterpart, it moves and turns to acknowledge whoever's speaking.

 

If you get tired of Gundam talk, don't worry -- Haro also functions as an alarm and a Bluetooth speaker thanks to its related app.

 

 

Premium Bandai will be offering the Guncierge Haro for presale starting in late July for 149,040 yen. The Haro requires a wireless LAN connection to operate, and access to its server is expected to be free for the first 12 months. (Yep, there's a server -- all that Gundam knowledge has to be stored somewhere!)
