Natural has also a very specific meaning a theoretical physics (one says that some theories are natural and like to use naturalness as a guiding principle for designing new physics).
Although this has nothing to do with your post, I just wanted to point it out (without entering too much into details) :)
Yup, there are other complexities I didn't get into. I didn't want a "long post", "god" forbid...
