How to teach english language effectively in Nigeria

I would like to talk bring into our notice a common challenges are facing in our society.
A country where people use a foreign language as there official language not making use of any of their dialect or their mother tongue it will be a great problem before majority or all the citizen can be a good and certified speaker of the language.
I will be posting the concept and process to learn English language here in a way we can understand and learn out something.

what is language?

Language is the means that consist of acquisition,maintenance,development and compound means of communication.it is also the way human being communicate whether in speaking or writing form in a geographical location or a country.
The scientific means to study language is linguistic,
Here are some characteristics of language,
1,Conventionality:this means to prevent a situation where communication will die if individual arbitrarily coin words to refer to object without the consent of other users of the same language.
2,productivity:language is creative,if any body makes a statement you have never came across,you understand such person.and also we unconsciously create new statement more often.
3,displacement:this is the process whereby language talk about something even though that this is away.
4,duality:this rise from the systematic characteristic of language.because of duality at the sound levels,we can combine letters to form statement.

There is no unlikely that language is a reality.Also,it can be said to be a theoretical construct bring out from the study of real sentences which are called 'speech` ...
