Antigua voz warao que significa "dos", en una tierra donde los pares son tan importantes que para decir amigo dicen "majokaraisa": "mi otro corazón". Manamo es una herida abierta en las arterias del Delta del Orinoco, salobre testimonio de la huella que deja la imbecilidad humana. Manamo fue Jardín del Edén, tierra prometida e infierno de plagas contra la soberbia faraónica de quienes pretendieron gobernar sus aguas. Manamo es fuerza dormida, fuerza dolida, beso de la muerte... Pero no hay letargo, dolor o maldición de cien años que empañe por un instante su hermosura.

Great picture! I like the way you framed it so that the buildings split the Grey background in half. It's almost painting worthy!
Thank you... It was a rare day for shoot... There was a strange light and a very dark sky with many grey clouds. But i liked very much the landscape when i saw it arriving in the boat... so i tried to do my best capturing that rare moment of the beautiful tropical light... the rest was a little bit of edition. Thanks a lot for appreciating my work. I have seen your photos, and it is admirable. So your comment is valuable to me. Greetings.
