The Cappadocian provinces of Nevşehir & Kayseri are well-known destinations in the Central Anatolia region. An hours flight from Istanbul and then a car ride to Göreme, but don't stop there, rent a dirtbike and go explore.

There are lot's of undeveloped roads and trails many winding through the valleys and incredible (fairy chimney) rock formations.

Most travelers cluster in the tourist centers or charter excursions or hire guides. There is a lot to see and explore and no reason not to discover it on your own. That's when you meet the real people who live here and explore where discovery takes you.
Göreme National Park
Be aware this area is recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site and many of the most spectacular areas are protected national parks. This where you get off the bike to stretch your legs and take a hike. It's so worth it.
I loved this trip.

Level up??
It's a wonderful place, I've seen few pictures of that place. It must contain a lot of history and fantasy. I think I would walk that place on foot for hours and if I could I would camp one night at least. The sky must be starred in its entirety. It would be interesting to try some night photos. Thanks for sharing friend!
