This is Pristina North an exclusive subdivision in Talamban, Cebu City where hubby was commissioned to conduct Geotechnical Soil Boring Test for a 3 storey residential building project...so, bye bye landscape, next year it will be buildings cropping up!

Building homes is good but greenery is charm of nature. We must enhance this beauty too. I hope after cropping buildings there will be efforts for plantation too.
Yes they must but in mostly in some subdivisions...just all buildings no more trees...
