La soja tiene muchas propiedades beneficiosas para la salud, y es considerado un alimento rico en proteínas, es una alternativa para las personas que son intolerantes a la lactosa. Además del beneficio que se le atribuye para las mujeres que presentan la menopausia, ya que posee un elemento llamado isoflovona y los fitoéstrogenos. En recientes estudios algunos expertos en la materia han tenido criterios encontrados en cuanto al beneficio de la misma, por el tema de la siembra y cosecha. Por experiencia propia puedo decir que he empezado a consumir la leche de soya y me he sentido muy bien. Considero que es un producto que nos aporta muchos beneficios y alternativas de alimentación. He conocido a amigos que han venido consumiendo este producto por años y me han comentado de los beneficios que les atraído a sus vidas, sin ningún efecto negativo.
