Cherry Creek Trail Underground Park Denver Colorado

Cherry Creek Trail is an Underground Park in Denver Colorado. It is a green oasis below the city streets. I spent some time here when I visited the state the summer after high school.

When you are down below the street level, it is hard to believe the city is all around you. When you are up on the street, you would never imagine the peaceful beauty down below.

This is my entry for @photocontests #landscapephotography by @juliank. I was using a point and shoot camera for my trip to Colorado, but I don’t remember which type it was.
