What a beautiful story and inspirational woman! I think so many of us doubt what we're truly capable of and shy away from pushing ourselves further. I love how Erin just took this on- I'm sure there's more of a backstory of struggle and plenty of up's and down's but to build such a community and organization that allows others to blossom is a feat on it's own. This is a trend we are seeing in organizations that I hope continues! Sharing their stories, and posts like this, surely help spread this ideology and initiate!
