제1군단사령부
一, 생략
二, 군단은 작명 제58호 군대구분으로서 유격연대를 포항지구 전투사령관의 지휘하에 편입하였으나, 이 명령으로 유격연대의 지휘관계를 명확히 하려 함.
三, (1) 유격연대는 군단작명 제58호로서 포항지구 전투사령부의 지휘하에 들게 되었으나, 지동지구에 제8사단이 진출할 때까지 당면의 적을 격멸하고 제8사단의 진지 점령을 엄호한 후 포항지구 전투사령관 지휘하에 들 것.
(3) 제1유격대대 본부를 즉시 인구동에 이동하게 하라.

제2군단사령부
一, (1) 적은 상양리~신주막으로 가서 남하 중임.

二, 군단은 주력으로서 상양리~신주막으로 남하하는 적을 포착 섬멸하라.
三, (1) 제1사단장은 제15연대 제2대대를 제6사단에 배속시켜라.
(2) 제6사단장은 제15연대 제2대대를 통합 지휘하는 동시에 제7연대에 배속하라.
(3) 제7연대장은 제15연대 제2대대를 확실히 파악하여 391.7고지(1154~1471)에 배치하라.
