WHAT IS STEEMIT:-

Steemit is a kind of blogging platform based on blockchain technology that pays it's user for post,comments,resteem,upvote in other words for everything that you're done into steemit you get paid for that, the more stronger is your community the more chances of you to get huge amount of reward, if your post is upvoted by so much users you will get good reward based on there voting power.

Pros:-

1.Get paid for you hard work,and even for others hard work also.(if they upvote your comments).
2.Total transparency.
3.Less competition.
4.Great community.
5.No words​ limit.
6.Future proof.

Cons:-

1.Lack of quick support.
2.Unreasonable dominance by big whales. (in some cases only).
3.Chatting platform is not so developed.

Twitter is a kind of social media platform that use basically for sharing newses, in Twitter you can find out what's happening in the world right now, Twitter is used by over 350 million users and they use Twitter as there daily news updater, in Twitter we can easily find out almost every celebrities,sportsman and big persons, we can follow them so that when they share any update about themselves​ we can easily read that update and share it also, but Twitter didn't provide you any type of reward. There is also a word limit of 140 characters including spaces, so that you cannot write more than 140 characters in a single post.

So let's talk about the pros and cons:-

Pros:-

1.Good for affiliate marketing.
2.#hashtag power.(like tags on steemit).
3.Take less time to write a post.
4.Good user support.

Cons:-

1.The 140 character limit.
2.Late response from other users.
3.No proper system for spam detection.
4.Not paid you anything.
5.Kind of boring.

Friends these two are very good sites but there is only one (steemit) that paid us for our hard work and efforts, I know it takes time to be popular and reach million of users for a site, but the future of steemit is looking very bright,because no other social networking site give us that much money that steemit providing to us.

And in my opinion in future streemit easily defeat these big social media players,For sure.
