In Real Heroes of Martial Arts I will be traveling China and talking about some of the real heroes of Chinese Martial Arts, aka Kung Fu, and their contributions to what we practice today. In this episode I am in Shanghai to discuss Huo Yuan Jia, who was one of the most important figures in Kung Fu in early 20th century China, and the Chinwoo Athletic Association changed the way martial arts were practiced massively.
