I have the following concerns:

• I contacted them several times - no reply yet.
• As I understand we have to keep the KCS on the exchange. Everywhere in this cryptospace it is the number one rule not to keep assets on exchanges for long periods of time.
• If the exchange goes out of business, the value of KCS goes to zero.
• 900 USD at the moment buys approximately 1,000 KCS. In return we get 0.04 USD a day. It is about 1.6% "dividend" a year. Extremely low. It is almost the same as the current yield of the S&P 500 - and this business is very high risk.

Positives:

• Nice, clean, easy to understand interface
• Interesting, promising incentive structure with this 50% reward system - but too low at the moment. A tenfold increase in trading volume would give a 16% dividend and would probably drive the price up of KCS.
