KUCOIN TIP - How to extract your referral bonuses if your extract button is stuck

If you are a regular user of Kucoin and promoted it at all, you know how buggy the website can be and you may well be having the familiar problem of having the extract button stuck so you can't add your referral earnings to your balance - it will look something like below only going round and round in circles:

This can get very frustrating if you can see a decent sum your referrals have earned you but cant get at it, for example like here where there is some PRL to withdraw but the button is stuck on saving (and 1, or 2, 3 etc)

Well fear not, a partial solution is at hand. I say partial because Kucoins script on their side seems to be stuck at PRL, so its possible it wont let you withdraw that whatever you do until they fix it.

Here's what to do (this example is for Firefox, other browsers will be similar):

Hover your mouse over the extract button and right click, then select inspect element from the drop down. Then in the box in the script editor that says 'Search HTML' type loading like below and delete the word 'loading' where it says 'ant-btn-loading'. Then click onto another line, then close the script editor (X at the top right).

This should make the extract button clickable again, you can press it and leave it to extract what it can. You can repeat this if you like but it is most likely when you get to the button saying 'Saving (and 1) then that's as far as this tip will take you.

I hope this helps. It's frankly ridiculous that a company taking millions of dollars daily requires the user to do something like this and hasn't fixed it yet.
